questions what is a bandage? -band is a piece of material used to support a medical device such as dressing or splint . it is also used to restrict a part of the body . when do you use the bandage ? - when the patience is injured you use the bandage for covering it for less pain . where do you apply this bandage ? - you apply this bandage on the injured area. why is the bandage important ? -its important because if your injured this is the one you be needing. how do you do this bandage be apply to the first aid? -if the patience is at risk apply the bandage on the injure area and call the hospital or apply first aid .

1. If you are a good home nurse, what are the various home nursing techniques that you need to apply that will make the patient feel comfortable and speed up the recovery? I apply my cheerfulness for it is happy to make happy the patient for its comfortable if your are happy . 2. Why should the home nurse monitor the vital signs of the patient? so that if the vital signs is weak that means the patient is sick. 3. How do you take the body temperature, pulse rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure of the patient? by those the instruments in checking like thermometer. 4. What are some practices that the home nurse must follow that will promote comfort to the patient? my cheerfulness will make the patient happy and glad and my bed fixing style will sure make him/her comfortable. 5. How will you differentiate signs from symptoms of illnesses and diseases? symptoms are which is already happening about something worst is coming next . Signs are the first thing that will happen to you before you get sick . Diseases are the viruses that ineffect us and makes us sick. 6. If you are the doctor, what will be your basis in giving the diagnosis for your patient? drink your medicine , exercises every morning and eat 3 times a day .

Making a Bed 1. Why do we need to know how to make an unoccupied and occupied bed? So that i can help my family if they're sick. It can teach me how fix a bed occupied or unoccupied . 2. How does making a bed help in the fast recovery of our patient? the comfortableness of the bed makes the patient comfortable. 3. As a good home nurse, how will you be able to render your services to your patient through bed making? by cleaning his / her bed to be comfortable and refreshing. Bathing the Patient 1. Why do you need to give a bath to the patient? for him/her to be clean and refresh . 2. What are the materials needed for bed bath or sponge bath? a sponge, a cold or hot water, basin ,soap and towel thats the materials you need. 3. What’s the importance of using a urinal or bedpan? if the patient can't stand or move he/she need this; thats the importance of urinal or bedpan. 4. What do you mean by back rub?rubbing his/her back to feel relaxing . 5. How do you differentiate cold compress from hot compress? cold compress is cold and the hot compress is hot .

what i learn or insights about medicine

i learned that if see at the medicine label you see many words that are not familar and nonsense . They make that because to be short and quick response at the patient so that the patient will recover quick. And especially to check the expiration date without checking the medicine will not work or effect at the patient, it may kill or infect the patient without looking the medicine label.

Base from my experience making this lamp is fun . Where we took long to made it and hard for it . I was assign to bring a wire then i go nuts search for it until i cut one from a electric fan and my mother was laughing why did i that ? After i cut it i when go looking for light bulb . The light bulb last for a half-hour and it won't turn on . Good thing my classmate CM brought extra . Everything went well except the stand . CM suggest that he will look for a bamboo and fix this lantern . So this lantern is full of hard work and the others were really helpful .

My experiences is i don't know how use javascript i hope pass this quarter . I been nosebleed this javascript but im not saying javascript is terrible javascript is fun . If you know what were you doing well good for you for me its hard but fun doing something with javascript and adding your ideas to it. It can be fun.
