Base from my experience making this lamp is fun . Where we took long to made it and hard for it . I was assign to bring a wire then i go nuts search for it until i cut one from a electric fan and my mother was laughing why did i that ? After i cut it i when go looking for light bulb . The light bulb last for a half-hour and it won't turn on . Good thing my classmate CM brought extra . Everything went well except the stand . CM suggest that he will look for a bamboo and fix this lantern . So this lantern is full of hard work and the others were really helpful .
